Absolutely. You can use your JunubPay virtual Visa card to shop online, subscribe to services like Netflix, Spotify, or make payments wherever Visa is accepted globally.

Why is my top-up fail?

Top-up failures may happen due to insufficient mobile money balance, incorrect card details, network issues, or exceeding your daily transaction limit. Try again or contact support if the issue continues.

Are there any transaction limits with Junubpay?

Yes. Limits may vary depending on your account level, country, and regulatory rules. You can view your transaction limits in your wallet settings or contact support for more details.

Why did I receive less money than I topped up?

The minimum top-up for USD is $5. For other currencies, it is the equivalent of $5 in that currency.
