Refund Policy
JunubPay operates on a strict no-cash-refund policy for completed transactions, including bill payments, mobile top-ups, card funding, and currency exchanges.
However, if an error or duplicate transaction occurs due to a system fault or technical issue, you may request a review within 7 days. Refunds, if approved, will be returned to your JunubPay wallet within 3–5 business days.
